They always say “I’m sorry. I’ll be late about 10 min.”

Are you really feel sorry?

I was educated to arrive 10 min early by my parents.
I thought it is common sense so I am wondering why they have no bones about to be late.

I want to know how do you feel if your Japanese sugar baby is late
on your sugar dating.
