Hi this is Ryu.
I think you are wondering why we had those weird blogs up yesterday.

We had a meeting yesterday with our CEO Kida yesterday and taught us how to write a blog.

He thinks blogs should be where we write the real thing that is happening in in the office.
He said it does not need to be long also so we will try and write something that is going on in the office.

Deep Crap

I think you saw on the title but literally we are in deep crap.
By the way sorry for the bad language.

We are in Deep Doo Doo because we hardly have dates this month!! 🙁
Where did all the guys go??
Our staff is sad since we don`t get any rely back every time we say whats up on e-mail.

My Thoughts

I understand that the past manager was a really good match maker.
We would love to be like her but she is gone now.
Let me just say one thing.
There is some stuff that we can say and can`t say because of law and rule changing all the time in the club.

It would make our life for both of us sooooooo easy if we could tell you everything. (Expectation, feedback etc.)
Since the club grew so much we have to protect our staff and the members that is why we have to limit the information to be legal.

I understand SA is easier to find a match.
But how many times did the exact same person from the photo came to a date?
How many girls do you have to talk to to set a date?
Do they have videos?

I understand you want to have sex

I am a guy too.
But your dealing with Japanese girls here.
Even tho you have a house all over the world or million bucks,
the female member is seeing the way you are in Japan at that time and moment.

We do have complaints like “type C did not except my offer” “She told me she is a type A and the staff told her to do C to get more offer”…
That`s just girls saying “NO”.
We never said Type C will except all offers after the date.
It is 50/50 and you have to play your cards right.
Also we never tell the girls to choose a type to get more offers.
If we do that there is no sense having the other types.
We would just keep it as D if that was the case.
(But some girls still lies anyway. We are sorry that we are not able to see through their lies…)
I wish we could get a lie detector for the interview… lol

Maybe she didn`t like the way you talked to her?
Maybe you talked dirty too much?
Maybe you were too drunk?
Maybe you were looking down on her?
You also have to understand that girls will say anything to get out of the situation.
If you want to have easy sex then I suggest to go to soapland or a escort service…

Conclusion

I understand we are not perfect yet.
That is also the reason we started to do a survey I sent everyone yesterday.
