In the blink of an eye, August is over and September has come rolling in with downpours and humidity! National Day feels like it was just yesterday…!

My days off have been spent with dear friends, which really energized me for my work week! I met just one lady today, and she was a really sweet and gentle young woman! However, I must admit it was a bit hard for her to warm up to strangers, and I do hope I wasn't intimidating in any way ^^;

But then again, the moment we spoke about her passion for sports, she totally lit up! And she told me how she had actually gained a lot of weight during the circuit breaker and couldn't fit into the dress that she wore for today's interview at the time… Gosh, I wish I had that dedication to work out and drop lots of weight so I could look pretty in dresses too… but food is always far too tempting, lol

The rest of my work week is packed, though not necessarily with interviews! Behind the scenes, we do lots of scheduling, administrative work, and the like too! All to improve our services and ensure that our members have an enjoyable experience with us. I also have Japanese lessons to take and brush up on! It's always nerve-wracking to speak… but it's time for me to work harder!
