Thank you very much for your continued support of Universe Club.

Following the announcement of price revisions in the Japanese branch, a change will be made to memberships in Singapore as well.

Overview

From Tuesday, 10 January 2023, we will no longer offer Standard and Platinum class monthly memberships.

Gold and Black monthly memberships will remain the same, as will the pricing for all other monthly and annual memberships in the Singapore branch.

Any Standard and Platinum class monthly memberships that are registered and paid for before 10 January will continue in full, but cannot be renewed at the same class if they end on or after 10 January.

Effective date

The changes will take place from 11:00 am on Tuesday, 10 January 2023.

Example 1:
If you sign up for a Platinum monthly membership on 5 January 2023, your Platinum membership will be valid until 5 February 2023. On 5 February 2022, if you wish to renew your membership on a monthly basis, you can only renew as a Gold class or Black class member.

Example 2:
If you have a registration meeting with the staff on 8 January 2023 and wish to sign up for a Standard or Platinum class membership, payment must be confirmed by 8:00pm on 9 January 2023. Otherwise, if we cannot confirm your payment or if it is made late, your membership will be declined unless you change your membership class.
