Good evening! It's 10th September… which means that everyone's wallets must be drained from 9.9 sales 🤣 Did you participate and buy a ton of things? Especially on Sho*ee with their earworm of an advertisement jingle…

I actually didn't buy that much, just a couple of essentials that I wanted to stock up on… But I'm not gonna lie, seeing sales for a ton of pretty things I want but don't actually need is tempting. Almost wish I had a sugar daddy of my own so that I, too, can get spoiled with nice things! 😝

Online shopping seems to be one of the only things we can do these days, with the pandemic and all! Of course, we can go out shopping, but isn't it a hassle to keep scanning SafeEntry QR codes every time you step into the mall… a shop… an eatery… Sometimes I don't even want to go out when I think about all the scanning that I need to do.

Recently, there's been an increase in mall crowds as well – the mall near my home had a minimum waiting time of 30 minutes! Just the other day, all I wanted to do after coming home from an interview was grab some lunch and go home, but once I saw that snaking queue, I decided to just get instant noodles from a neighbourhood shop, LOL.

With that said, along with news of restaurants being forced to close for flouting rules, please remember to stay safe, and stay inside if possible! The pandemic is nowhere near over, and the virus has been proven to have long-lasting effects on the body even once the main illness is over >< It's really scary to think about, so do take care, everyone! 🥰
