It is the time of the year
Halloween weekend is coming in couple of days.
How are you spending the time?
This culture just started to get popular in Japan recently.
There is some difference of how people spend their time in Halloween.
Difference
The understanding of Halloween for me is that guys dresses up as a monster and party at a club and kids go out for trick or treating.
On the other hand girls dresses up in a sexy monster and party and kids go out for trick or treating and gather some candies.
The way Japanese people dresses up is totally different here.
Guys are always something that was popular that year.
For example when the movie “Dark Knight” came out, almost every guy was dressed up as Joker.
Maybe this year you might see allot of Spider-Man since the movie “Home Coming” was really popular here.
As of the girls most of them dresses up as something really sexy.
(I think all the guys are thankful of that)
For example every year I see some SEXY cops, SEXY nurse, SEXY zombies, SEXY student uniforms and etc. They always put show off there cleavage or wearing some short skirts. (I think all the guys are thankful of that also)
Places
The most popular location where you will find them is Roppongi and Shibuya in Tokyo.
Since they have whole bunch of clubs you will be able to see people dressed up as something crazy.
This is the only time they can dress up as something unusual and not laughed at.
I think this Cute or Sexy costume culture in Japan comes from their Idol and Anime culture.
If you got to one of those Comicon in Japan you will see bunch of girls doing something called Cos-Play.(Abriviation of Costume Play)
They also use that phrase in the sex scenes also.
Conclusion
For the gents that is in the club it might be fun having dinner while both wearing a costume or going to a party might be fun.
