Happy Sunday everyone~

I guess everyone must be super pumped for tomorrow~ I already made plans with a friend on my day off – that's how excited I've been!

I've also been thinking about how much I really missed being able to interact with people in person, over a drink or two. Those were always my favourite things about the interviews! It was always really nice to sit down and talk to the members, getting to know them in a casual, more open setting.

Just a few days ago, I actually met a lady for her photoshoot! It was pretty much the first time in a month I was able to meet a member in person, and it was actually a really memorable day!

Of course, it helped that this member is such a genuinely friendly and nice lady! Not only did the shoot turn out well, we actually even managed to buy a couple of drinks and sit down together to chat a little! That kind of human connection is, without a doubt, one of the most important things to me in this line of work.

…and to think I used to be such a shy, nervous child AND teenager! I barely spoke to anyone and the very idea of a customer service job that would require me to interact with strangers filled me with dread… But look at me now 😂😂

What a change, eh? Perhaps some of you will even find your own ways to change and blossom here. I do look forward to meeting many of you, very soon!
