I hope everyone has had a good Monday! It's been another rainy, stormy day, the perfect weather for sleeping… except that, of course, there's work to do for most of us 😂

Hmm, I was supposed to do something rather fun today – scouting for new photoshoot locations and places to do the interviews with our ladies! It would have been quite fun walking around outside, snapping photos and testing new places… The current location we're currently holding our interviews at is a bit out of the way, and some ladies can probably testify to having gotten lost a couple of times… I'm very sorry about that 😣

There's a lot to take into account though – this new location needs to be fairly centralized, have good lighting, shelter in the case of rain (or even sweltering heat), have a nearby restaurant or cafe to have the interview in, no security guards to chase us out… Surprisingly quite a lot of requirements, lol!

People would probably ask us why we don't simply rent an office or even go for a hotdesking solution at a coworking space. Being the sole staff, it's not super practical at the moment, especially when a good chunk of the work can be done remotely. There's also a fair bit to consider – would the office or coworking solution allow us to bring in guests, what the costs are, what social distancing rules are in place… There's a lot to consider on that front too!

It's my job in the end to minimise such headaches and ensure that there is a smooth workflow, minimising inconveniences for both staff and clients… However! If anyone reading this has suggestions for a photoshoot location, then please, let me know 🙏🙏
