Hi I`m Andy Keani from Universe International.

I would like to write a little about thanks giving since its coming up soon.

Thanks giving is the season of giving as we all know this so you know what to do just kidding. Seriously that would be very giving though as giving us more requests would help us assist you more in the long run.

I have recently been speaking with a lot of our members in regards to some of our services and maybe potentially upgrading the services of what we can do for them.

This makes a lot of sense as it would be much more better with a ton of different services.

Thus I would like to thank our members for giving me something to think about and work on within our division. Myself and my colleagues have recently started to be a little more careful in how we work and try our best to be the best concierge we can be.

Tradition

Going back to thanks giving this is a pretty big tradition especially in the United States

And I enjoy this season because hey, who doesn`t like turkey right? Lol Other than turkey seeing family and friends that you don`t see too often is another good trait for this event.

Since in Japan this is not such a big event when you compare it to Christmas and Halloween, I think that maybe setting up a date that is thanks giving might be pretty interesting for the females to enjoy.

As for our services and in regards to myself, I want to try and aim for a more closer atmosphere in regards to speaking with our members as I truly believe that this is the best way to understand what someone is truly wanting and our job description is a concierge so in the long run I will push my hardest to improve our services to you.
