Battle of UC

Hi there this is Ryu.
Sorry I was not updating the blog recently.
Dating club is a really up and down industry and trying to figure out what to do to make the service better.
Also trying really hard to be busy as THC which is a foreigner friendly escort service in Tokyo.

As the title says we had a battle within the division recently.

Starting fire

The whole thing started when there was a change within the company.
I can`t really say the details but within the division we had to separate the staff to work on Japanese side and the international side.

Some staff did not like that idea and started to shoot up in words.

Of course it was the decision of the superior so I can`t do anything about it.

I also thought it was a good idea for some of the staff to go do the Japan side work to learn.
While they are in training me and others was doing the normal international setting.

During the battle

So I guess all the staff had stuff that they wanted to say so they started to say whatever they had in mind.

I also said what I had in mind…

That back fired on me and we all started to talk about all the mistakes that we made before and blamed each other.

Of course people make mistakes but there was so much careless stuff that we could`ve prevented it if we double checked…

I do want to say sorry to all of our trouble we have caused…

What I learned

So what I wanted to say in this blog is that there is work that people are suite for, like for me is mailing with the gentlemen and taking care of the settings.
I should`ve just listened to what the staffs wanted to say and just tried to work out what they could do and not fight back.

What we needed was communication and teamwork.
As they say there is no “I” in team.
I am the oldest staff in the international division so I have to learn how to be a better leader.
